The “Ristorante dei Pescatori”first opened in 1918 as the The Fishermen’s Tavern under the management of the Cassera family, who were also the owners of the nearby distillery.

Freshly-caught lake fish (Lavarello, Missoltino, Persico fish and Eel) is the king, but there is also the very well known polenta (taragna or “Cunscia”) accompanied with meat cooked in different ways such as Braised, seafood sauteed, tasty salami and cheeses of the Valleys.
