Is it possible to check-in late?
Yes, it is possible. You are required to inform us of the time so that we can leave the keys of the apartment in the door and send all the necessary information to you as there will be no one in Reception.
Is it possible to check-out late?
Yes, but only on request and only if there are not any reservations for the same apartment.
Are sheets and towels included?
Yes, sheets and towels are provided.
Is there a breakfast service?
No, there is not. Each apartment has a kitchen so we do not provide this service.
What can I find in the apartment?
The kitchen is well equipped: there are plates, dishes, toaster, American coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, juicer, kettle and microwave oven. On arrival you will find a small supply of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and coffee. In the bathroom there is a courtesy set consisting of shampoo, soap and shower gel.
Can I request a gift for a special occasion?
We will be happy to satisfy every need. The important thing is that you let us know in time.
Can I book a service before arrival?
Yes, it is possible. You can send us an email indicating your request and we will do our best.
Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated.
Is there air conditioning?
No, there is not any air conditioning but there are fans available and during the evening there is a breeze which Lake Como is famous for called Breva.
Can I use the BBQ?
Yes, it is possible to use the BBQ but you must clean it when you finish using it.
Is a car necessary?
Yes, it is recommended.
Is it suitable for the elderly or disabled?
No, we do not recommend it due to the steep path leading to the Residence.
