Frequently Asked Questions

Is it possible to check-in late?

Yes, it is possible. You are required to inform us of the time so that we can leave the keys of the apartment in the door and send all the necessary information to you as there will be no one in Reception.

Is it possible to check-out late?

Yes, but only on request and only if there are not any reservations for the same apartment.

Are sheets and towels included?

Yes, you can find everything in the apartment. Two towels for person (one small and one big for shower), the bed sheets, one bathroom carpet in each restroom and one cloth in the kitchen. On demand you can add the “hotel service” that includes the change of the towels every day.

Is there a breakfast service?

No, there is not. Each apartment has a kitchen so we do not provide this service.

What can I find in the apartment?

The kitchen is well equipped: there are plates, dishes, toaster, American coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, juicer, kettle and microwave oven. On arrival you will find a small supply of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and coffee. In the bathroom there is a courtesy set consisting of shampoo, soap and shower gel.

Can I request a gift for a special occasion?

We will be happy to satisfy every need. The important thing is that you let us know in time.

Can I book a service before arrival?

Yes, it is possible. You can send us an email indicating your request and we will do our best.

Is the pool heated?

The pool is open from April to November, but unfortunately, it’s not heated.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, we do provide air conditioning in every bedroom, but usually it’s not needed since from around midday there is “Breva” our typical lake breeze that blows until early evening. Because of this we’re sure you’ll use the AC (if needed) just in June, July, and August.

Can I use the BBQ?

Yes, the BBQ is for you! Just tell us you want to use it in advance so that we can provide you all the tools! Just remember to clean it when you have finished using it.

Is a car necessary?

Yes, car is highly recommended. At your arrival you’ll be assigned to an outdoor parking space that you can use for the whole vacancy. You own an electric car? Don’t worry, we have a charging column for electric machines so you can comfortably power your vehicle here! Just ask at the reception and we’ll provide everything you need!

s it suitable for the elderly or disabled?

No, we do not recommend it due to the steep path leading to the Residence.
