Lake Como Events: Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este
Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este has a long tradition. As per tradition, it will be held in May in Cernobbio: it's an appointment that vintage cars lovers can't miss! Lake Como will be hosting this wonderful date with the history of motoring in a unique location: the areas of Villa d’Este and Villa Erba, on the shores of the lake. This elegance competition, held for the first time in 1929, is an opportunity to travel back in history, and to be enchanted by the beauty and originality of the competing cars. The Concours of Elegance is divided in three categories: “Historic Cars”, “Concept Cars & Prototypes” and “Motorcycles”. The events reserved for the participants in the competitions “Historic Cars” and “Concept Cars & Prototypes” will take place in the grounds and the rooms of Villa d’Este. As a counterpoint, the “Days of Elegance” will be held in the nearby park of Villa Erba, which will be open to the public.
